What do I pay after the first year?
The normal yearly price, which is today Starter $99.99, Writer $249.99, Author $499.99. Your plan renews each year at the then-current yearly price unless you cancel first.
What are the free months?
You pay 25% less for your first year, which is the price of nine months for a full twelve. Your plan credits arrive every month for all twelve.
I already have a plan. Can I upgrade?
Yes, to any higher yearly plan, or from monthly to the same plan billed yearly (Author yearly is already the top). In Plans & credits, pick the plan and claim the sale: it starts today as a new yearly plan, and a plan bought on the website stops renewing, with the time left on it not refunded. A plan from the App Store or Google Play you cancel there. If you would rather keep that time, a website plan can also upgrade at the regular price with the unused part refunded.
I have the app from the App Store or Google Play. Does this apply?
The offer is for plans bought on novelgpt.app. Plans bought in the App Store or Google Play keep their store prices.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time in Settings › Plan. You keep the plan until the end of the year you paid for.
What about refunds?
Our normal refund policy applies to sale purchases. Read Refunds & Cancellation.
