Each pass reads the chapters with an outline of the whole book in view, and the last one is told your genre and subgenre. A suggestion that cannot be tied to words appearing exactly once in the chapter stays as advice, so nothing lands in the wrong place.
Accept or reject suggestion by suggestion, then apply the accepted ones; a snapshot is saved first. Results survive a restart, and the app offers to mark the chapter Revised when you are done.
Select a passage and choose Rewrite, Expand, Polish dialogue, Show don't tell or Add sensory detail. The result appears as a change you can Accept, Reject or Try again. A chapter rewrite takes a voice sample from your other chapters so the new text sounds like you. You compare Yours with Rewritten, paragraph by paragraph, and nothing is saved until you choose Use the rewrite. The old chapter stays in History, one restore away.
